I am deeply grateful to the Emergency Pet Clinic of Texas for their exceptional care of my beloved cat, LeeRoy Jenkins. Dr. Jacci and the entire team were incredibly compassionate and understanding during a very difficult time. They treated LeeRoy Jenkins with the utmost respect and provided clear, thoughtful guidance throughout the process. Their kindness and professionalism made a heartbreaking situation more bearable. Came home after running some errands on a Sunday afternoon and noticed that my Doogie wasn’t his normal self, it was quite discouraging because he’s always friendly and excited, but this time he seemed lost and had no control over his body and bowel movements, I knew I had to act fast so i googled and found this place, I carried Doogie in and the team cared for him right away, he was diagnosed with a GI infection, the vet and her team did really well getting Doogie back to good health, they kept him overnight, prescribed him some meds, and even found a way to refund me some money, this place cares about what they do, not what they can get in return. They gave me recommendations and I follow them to exact, and now Doogie is back to his goofy loving self! I would highly recommend this vet and her team to anyone with a friend in need.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Amazing, caring and professional staff, from calm and efficient Stacy at the front desk to Maria, the compassionate and patient nurse/tech, to miracle worker Dr Jacci who took such amazing care of my little Ginger when she (unfortunately) had an accident and lost her eye on that terrible Sunday morning. I was in a panic when I rushed her into Emergency Pet Clinic at 9 a m on a Sunday morning. By the time I left my girl there for her surgery I was calm and confident she was in good hands. The ladies were very patient with my panicked questions and so compassionate. And Ginger is on her way to a full recovery!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤️

My dog was previously treated at this establishment for a mass removal. The customer service was excellent and Dr. Piet was also amazing with him. They called me immediately upon receiving his results to let me know the mass was non cancerous. Praise him!!

The staff at Emergency Pet Clinic of Texas are very caring and saved our cat after he became deathly ill. We are very pleased with his recovery.
