Can't Say Enough...

My sweet Maggie got out of the house, we found her 7 hours later, and her eye was pretty messed up as well with some marks on her body. We drove 2 hours and 15 mins to get her to this wonderful place! They took her Straight back and examined her and came back with the plan. She went into surgery Maybe an hour later and got to come home 12 hours later! They took wonderful care of her and they are still checking on after 24 hours! I highly recommend, taking your fur babies to them

If you’re looking for complete competence, compassion, and comfort come here! My pregnant dachshund had issues during labor and need an emergency c-section. Doctor Jacci saved the pups and mama Sunshine! The moment you walk in you feel cared for and in highly competent hands. They spend the time to give you specifics, they go over and beyond prepping you with all outcomes as well as extend themselves in every possible way as far as customer concern, service, call backs, and care. The doctor was performing CPR on newborn pups, while feeding, taking care of surgery and looking after the Triage. Amazing, the whole staff is amazing all the things each of these ladies do give an abundance of care overall. I left one urgent care and had a referral here. Hands down God send. These ladies were amazing with my cat, Dutch. He had to stay through the weekend for a urinary blockage, and I received constant updates from the Doctors as they worked to get him stable. They set my cat up beautifully for transfer and gave helpful advice and support for future maintenance. Stacy was amazing and called to check-up on Dutch way after the visit. This staff was professional, friendly, and empathetic the whole way through! We really appreciate all their help.

Our blue heeler was bit on the face by either an insect or snake yesterday. Since we weren’t sure what it was, we decided to take him to Dr Jacci to get checked out just in case. She ran tests that showed it was a venomous snake bite, and she started the anti-venom asap. He stayed there overnight to be monitored, and we picked him up today. Dr Jacci and her team are very knowledgeable and caring. Hopefully we don’t have any more situations that cause an ER vet visit, but if we do we will be going back to Dr Jacci. We would recommend this clinic to anyone whose animals need care.

On Friday evening we brought our senior dog, Maggie, in as she had lost the ability to stand/walk. We brought her in and from the moment we were greeted at the door (I'm so sorry I did not get the woman's name who was there that night helping us - it was a bit overwhelming) we knew this place was great. Such caring, empathetic people here. Dr. Jacci explained the findings of the ultrasound and what the appropriate action was. Which, unfortunately, was to end her suffering. Again, both her and the other woman were so incredibly kind throughout the process and explained everything thoroughly. We were never rushed, got to spend lots of time loving on our sweet girl and saying goodbye. It was a difficult night for our family, but we are so so thankful for the kind treatment we received. Thank you both, so much, I know it was just as difficult for you but you helped us through this painful experience.
